Australia Wide Orders

I'm pleased to be able to offer FREE Auspost Express & Insured Shipping on ALL Australia-wide orders.

International Orders - Outside Australia

ALL international orders outside Australia will incur a Flatrate Fee Of AUS $200 Per Parcel For DHL International Express Tracked & Insured 7-Day Shipping.

After trialling many different ways to post my jewellery internationally, I ONLY offer DHL shipping as an option.

Unfortunately thanks to world issues (Covid, Brexit, transport costs), the shipping of fine jewellery internationally has become more difficult and expensive and these issues are outside of my control. What you are being charged in shipping is what it costs me to send an international parcel!

Duties & Taxes On International Orders:

• International orders will NOT be charged Australian country tax on purchase
• However, Duties & Taxes may be due upon arrival into your country and are THE BUYERS responsibility
• Your package may be held up in customs until you pay your duties and taxes bill

Option To Pay Duties & Taxes UPFRONT:

• DHL offers an option for you pay ALL your Duties & Taxes UPFRONT. This means that I do ALL the paperwork at my end for customs purposes before your package is sent, so there's less hold-ups at customs on your end.
